These terms apply to orders placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products
Every piece is new, unworn and comes with its original tags. Quantities are limited; once a size is gone it is not restocked.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. The price on the product page is the price you pay for the item; shipping is added at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a software error, we may decline or cancel the order.
Ordering and payment
After you place an order you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This email is not a confirmation of sale: we check product availability by hand first. Your credit card is not charged until your order has been accepted. We may decline an order if the item is not available, is incorrectly priced, or does not pass inspection.
Shipping
In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Standard UPS Ground within the US is $28 and then takes 3–7 business days. UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are offered at checkout at the prices shown there; expedited shipments cannot go to a P.O. Box. International shipping is a flat $295; the customer pays any customs duties. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not refund clearance items: clearance and markdown items cannot be returned or exchanged. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives faulty, email help@basixblacklabel.com within 5 days of receiving it; we will replace it in the same style, colour and size, subject to availability. Intellectual property
The site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Basix Black Label and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
